You will work on a variety of residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters (rent reviews, dilapidations, lease renewals, service charge disputes, etc.), building and development, land acquisitions, strategic options, possession actions, purchaser claims, and trespass and squatter actions.
The teams also have a developing specialism in acting for landowners against telecoms owners in dealing with the removal of masts and advising generally in relation to the Electronic Communications Code. Therefore, an interest in telecoms work is highly desirable.
As well as managing your own caseload, you'll also work collaboratively with colleagues on complex and high-profile litigation with a well-known Partner at the helm.
