A well-regarded law firm in Wigan is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with 3-5 years PQE in property litigation to handle a variety of challenging and engaging cases in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage your own caseload of property and land-related litigation work.
Handle a broad range of disputes, including:
Trespass Nuisance
Boundary disputes
Adverse possession
Landlord and tenant cases
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, correspondence, and provide expert advice to clients.
Attend court and tribunals to represent clients where necessary.
Liaise with clients, opposing solicitors, and third-party professionals to ensure efficient case progression.
Maintain strong working knowledge of relevant statutory legislation and case law.
Ensure cases comply with the Civil Procedure Rules (CPR) and meet all court deadlines.
Requirements:
A qualified solicitor with c. 3-5 years' PQE in property litigation.
Experience in handling a wide range of land and property disputes.
Strong knowledge of property law and civil litigation procedures.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
Ability to manage your own caseload independently with minimal supervision.
