NQ-2 PQE Excellent Flexible working with 4 days working from home Competitive starting salary with a fixed track for progression Engaging work culture, diverse team personalities and a sociable environment A forward-thinking firm is keen to welcome a Property Litigation Solicitor to their friendly team in Wigan. They’re not your typical law firm; they're known for their relaxed yet professional approach and commitment to staff development.

In return for your expertise, the role offers an attractive salary package, with flexible working hours centered around a 10-4 core, and minimised in-office requirements. It's a superb chance to balance your personal life with an engaging career.

As a Property Litigation Solicitor, you'll be crucial in handling various property disputes ranging from commercial landlord & tenant issues to Building Safety Act claims. Reporting to the team lead, you'll manage simpler cases independently while contributing to more complex matters, guaranteeing interesting and dynamic work daily.

You'll ideally be an NQ or have up to 2 years PQE. A litigation background during training is essential, with direct property experience nicely welcomed but not strictly necessary. Your collaborative spirit and ability to proactively run your own caseload will not just fit well with the team but also amplify your success.

This firm stands out for its culture, passion for strategy involvement, and down-to-earth team. Specialising in multiple legal areas, they deliver excellence with a genuine sense of camaraderie in the workplace.

If you're ready to take on a challenging role with a firm that genuinely cares for your progression and work-life balance, we'd love to hear from you.
