We are a well-established Property Maintenance company in Edinburgh looking for a trustworthy and experienced colleague to join our current team. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge and experience in joinery, including kitchen fitting (qualifications preferred but not essential), tiling, and an understanding of plumbing and general maintenance. Key Requirements: Clean driving license Ability to work quickly and independently Adequate level of English for communication by telephone and writing Hand tools should be provided by the successful applicant; power tools will be provided by the company The position is for 5 days a week, with a starting salary of £30,000 pa + pension.
