Salary + Benefits: Up to £42500 per annum It is key that you are technology savvy because whilst they have spreadsheets, paper systems and a CRM, they really need someone with the expertise to review the processes enabling the process to run more efficiently by embracing new technology - this is their priority. You will have assistance to help deal with the administrative tasks of the role whilst leading, strategizing, investigating, and taking responsibility as a whole. This remains a 'hands-on' role. Key Responsibilities:

To proactively manage the Maintenance Department and all staff within it. To report to the Executive Director and the Board on the performance of the Maintenance Department. To continually review processes and procedures to look for improvement and efficiencies, and drive change. Manage the health and safety of the Maintenance Department, ensuring compliance with all company Health and Safety policies and all legal requirements. To ensure the department maintains a professional and customer-orientated relationship with staff, our clients, tenants, and members of the public. To be a supportive member of the Management Group. To be a supportive member of the company Health and Safety Group; ensuring the safety of maintenance staff, properties, and the public. Benefits:
