Stepping into the role of a Property Management Administrator, you will be the first point of contact and the face of the company, ensuring a welcoming environment for all visitors. Responsibilities:

Answering phone queries promptly and professionally. Conducting inventory checks and ensuring accuracy. Updating and maintaining detailed Excel spreadsheets. Managing start and end of tenancy agreements. Overseeing deposit returns and ensuring full protection. Addressing email enquiries, complaints, and general tenant concerns. Reporting maintenance issues and completing caretaker sheets. Requirements:

A minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in the Property sector. A positive, can-do attitude with a proactive approach to tasks. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
