Full Time, Permanent About this Role: We are looking for a Property Manager to join our Large and Complex team based in our brand new offices located in Highbury. It's a very friendly and supportive team enjoying success and growth in the portfolio of great buildings and clients. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a small portfolio of new build properties (four sites and a single client) all located in Central London. You will support the Area Manager in managing the relationship between the company and its clients. We work 1 day a week together in the office and then the remainder working remotely or on site as required. Main Duties and Objectives: Deliver a great customer experience to our residents. Familiarize yourself with leases for properties within the portfolio and manage the covenants, ensuring that obligations are met in line with current property law. Prepare and manage budgets for properties within the portfolio. Work with our Client Accounts team to agree year-end accounts for properties with the client and deal with enquiries as they arise. Carry out regular visits to properties within the portfolio and conduct resident engagement events and meetings. Appoint and manage the performance of contractors. Supported by our specialist Building Safety Team, ensure that all requirements of the BSA are complied with. Essential Skills: Experience and knowledge in the management of a residential portfolio. Skilled at delivering great customer service. ATPI qualified to a minimum. Great attention to detail, organization, and prioritization. Experience of preparing and issuing budgets for properties. Ability to organize and run face-to-face meetings with Clients. Bonus Skills: MTPI qualification (or willingness to work towards accreditation). Experience of Building Safety Act / HRRB management.
