About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to oversee a substantial portfolio of over 1,000 properties. This London-based role requires a strong lettings background, as you will be responsible for managing properties with the support of a capable team. Regular travel to Birmingham (around twice weekly) will be required.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management : Lead the day-to-day management of a large property portfolio, ensuring high standards and efficiency across all assets.
Team Collaboration : Work closely with a team to maintain property compliance, address tenant inquiries, and optimize property conditions.
Compliance Oversight : Ensure all properties meet regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
Strategy Development : Support the creation of asset management and repairs strategies, focusing on efficiency and value.
Reporting : Regularly assess property performance and report to senior management with insights and recommendations.
Travel : Conduct property inspections and site visits to monitor and uphold property standards.
Requirements:
Extensive experience in property or lettings management, ideally with a background managing large portfolios.
Knowledge of property compliance regulations.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication skills, with experience in budgeting and financial management.
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
