Key Responsibilities of a Property Manager:
Manage a portfolio of circa 175 residential properties.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and tenants.
Manage maintenance issues and organise timely repairs; coordinating with external vendors and contractors.
Chase rental arrears.
Negotiate deposit returns and disputes.
Ensure the smooth termination of tenancy agreements and prepare properties to be re-lets.
