Our client is seeking an experienced property professional who can quickly adapt, communicate effectively, and build relationships with landlords and tenants alike.
This interim vacancy has arisen due to a struggling portfolio that needs immediate attention following an expansion in their company portfolio. While it's a temporary role, it offers a chance to contribute to a dynamic, award-winning team.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing a property portfolio of between 120-150 properties
Effectively liaising with landlords and tenants to help maintain the client's award-winning reputation
Collaborating with your team to deliver the highest quality of service
Assisting with property maintenance, resolving issues promptly and efficiently
Overseeing invoice management and processing
Handling deposit negotiation and distribution
