The Role
As a Property Paralegal, you will support a wide variety of legal matters, including:
Residential property transactions : House sales and purchases, re-mortgages, and family property transfers.
Commercial property matters : Leases, purchases and sales of commercial properties, and business sales.
Assisting with wills, trusts, and inheritance tax planning.
Preparing Enduring Power of Attorney documents and administering estates.
This role offers the chance to work closely with clients, often during pivotal moments in their lives, providing support and guidance to ensure a seamless process.
The Ideal Candidate
