Property experience:
Minimum 1 year Good client care skills, provide professional and competent legal advice in accordance with SRA Code of conduct Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies Capability to generate fees in accordance with agreed targets Proven experience of handling own caseload Ability to adhere to and manage deadlines Good drafting and writing skills, excellent communication and technical ability The role: Reporting to the Head of Department, the successful candidate will handle a broad range of residential property matters, and the work will include dealing with high value purchases and sales of residential property, secured lending, dealing with a range of landlord and tenant matters including drafting and negotiating leases/lease extensions, and deeds of variation and licences.
