Due to continued success, a reputable law firm is seeking the addition of a Property Paralegal to join its Manchester office. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in property seeking to move to a top law firm!

As a Paralegal you will be a key member of a thriving real estate team and with the responsibility of supporting fee earners with transactions from start to finish. You will have gained previous experience of working through all stages of residential transactions. The team works closely, acting on behalf of developers to carry out plot sales and transfer of ownership transactions. You will be experienced in filing SDLT returns and carrying out land registry searches, with knowledge of completion and post completion admin tasks, preparing lease reports and other legal documents.
