My client is a leading player in the licensed leisure industry with a strong portfolio of pubs, restaurants, and boutique hotels. We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to oversee the development and refurbishment of its extensive property portfolio within the southeast. Responsibilities: Strategic Planning: Develop and implement annual development programs and budgets in collaboration with the Head of Property. Project Management: Coordinate and manage major development projects, including budgeting, specification, and supervision of works. Financial Management: Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-effective execution and value for money. Compliance: Ensure adherence to all statutory regulations, including planning, environmental health, health and safety, and building regulations. Procurement: Manage external consultants and contractors to secure the best value and quality services. Refurbishments: Oversee refurbishment projects, minimizing closures and maximizing efficiency. Dilapidations: Prepare schedules of dilapidations and negotiate subsequent works. Requirements: Relevant construction qualification and experience in managing programs and budgets. Strong project management skills, including budgeting, planning, and execution. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
