Property & Projects Development Director , you'll be at the forefront of expanding iconic adventure destinations across the UK. With nearly one million annual visitors, this is an opportunity to drive an ambitious expansion strategy and shape the future of adventure tourism. About the role In this pivotal position, you will oversee the identification, acquisition, and strategic development of new sites while enhancing existing world-class locations. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, strategic partners, and internal teams to bring new, innovative adventure experiences to life. Key Responsibilities: Implement and oversee the strategic development plan, identifying and securing new site opportunities. Negotiate and finalize commercially viable lease agreements and freehold opportunities. Build and maintain a robust new business pipeline by fostering strong industry connections. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver new projects, from conception to completion, ensuring alignment with brand values. Develop strategic partnerships to unlock new revenue streams. Present detailed ROI models and strategic reports to stakeholders. About you: We’re looking for someone with: A proven track record of development deals in hospitality and leisure industries. Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills. A data-driven, innovative mindset with a passion for adventure tourism. Strong leadership and communication abilities to inspire and engage internal teams and external stakeholders.
