St. Modwen Homes are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Consultant from the House Building industry to join us at our fantastic Kingsgrove development in Wantage, Oxfordshire. This Property Sales Consultant role requires weekend working, with 2 days off during the week.
Responsibilities of the Property Sales Consultant:
The Sales Consultant will meet or exceed sales targets by achieving qualified sales reservations. Enhance the customer purchasing experience by offering a fantastic level of customer service. Demonstrate our range of homes to prospective customers. The Sales Consultant will work with colleagues from a range of different departments to achieve company goals. Requirements for the Property Sales Consultant:
The Sales Consultant will have a proven track record of success in a similar role within Housebuilding. Able to work weekends. Fast thinking, customer-focused individual with superb communication skills. Valid UK driving license. What We Offer for the Property Sales Consultant:
