In addition to this, you should be able to negotiate property deals while assisting clients with effective communication throughout the selling/buying process. Your keen interest in the latest property market and developments is essential in this role.
We are not demanding that you have extensive property experience; what we want is a great person who can demonstrate transferable skills. Of course, property knowledge is beneficial.
As a Property Consultant, we expect you to be diligent and honest while striving towards building sustainable long-term business relationships.

Requirements
Driving license and access to own vehicle (company pool cars available on working days)
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Familiarity with property laws and regulations, or ability to learn fast
Ability to conduct in-depth market research
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail is essential
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Proficiency in MS Office
Highly motivated and customer-focused individual
Proactive at all times with the ability to use own initiative
Strong networking skills
Saturday work will be required; however, when working a Saturday, you will have a day off during the week.
