Duties include:
Maintaining relationships between internal mortgage advisors, client services teams, and external relationships with lenders, solicitors, and estate agents. Providing outstanding customer service, both written and verbal, to ensure a speedy and accurate process for the buyer. Providing updates to all parties. Liaising with lenders, solicitors, and clients to progress mortgage applications as efficiently and timely as possible. Maintaining a high level of accuracy when inputting data.
Experience / Skills desired:
Experience within customer-facing roles. Property industry experience / knowledge. Confidence in phone communications. Ability to respond well to working to time deadlines and a busy workday.
Salary: GBP26,500 + Commission Hybrid working Location: Whiteley
