We are seeking a Qualified Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer (2 years PQE) to join their dedicated team with an emphasis on client care.

Main duties and Responsibilities: Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments. Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout. Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds. Managing all post-completion formalities. Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
What we need from you: Minimum 2 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential. Driving licence and own car. Supervision experience / Head of Department would be ideal. Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines. Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process. Excellent communication and client care skills.
