Our client is a growing national law firm operating out of a number of offices throughout the UK.
Respected for their lengthy history, they have grown organically, and steadily.
They have a strong presence in all areas of property, and are currently looking to appoint a lead legal specialist into their residential property team in Nottingham.
The role:
To develop the firm’s residential property presence in Nottingham and the surrounding areas.
To operate strategically alongside the other disciplines which will develop new business, manage and care for existing clients, and to drive the firm’s brand forward.
This role will invite an energetic residential property specialist to join the firm to work alongside the teams overall Head of Residential Property (based in another office) and their department.
The candidate:
You will be a Legal Executive/qualified Solicitor or conveyancer – offering a suggested minimum of 5 year’s experience.
Your experience will have been gained from a respected residential property team.
You will have a stable career history, showing evidence of a growing portfolio of clients and referrers of work.
Familiarity of the East Midlands residential property market is advantageous, but not essential.
Interest in building and mentoring your own team in this specific office.
Keen to work collaboratively with the existing people of the firm.
Cross selling, networking and marketing experience is essential.
This role will provide a clear career pathway for someone with ambition.
Remuneration: £55,000 to £70,000.
