The Role:

Solicitor , you will play a pivotal role in offering expert legal advice on a range of property-related matters, including: Directors' guarantees Development loans Buy-to-let portfolios Your key responsibilities will include: Delivering independent legal advice to clients, ensuring clarity and compliance Conducting virtual appointments via Zoom to certify documents and provide professional guidance Collaborating with the administrative team to manage paperwork, stamping and signing processes What We Offer: Competitive Salary:
£40,000 - £45,000 per annum Work-Life Balance : Enjoy a structured 9 AM to 5 PM schedule with a one-hour lunch break Convenience:
