Electrical Proposals Engineer / Electrical Design Engineer The company provides automation solutions including robots for industry. They have an exciting role for Electrical Engineer / Applications Engineer to help develop concepts, costings, and keep the business up to date with new technologies through R&D and trials with suppliers who are developing their products and technology. The individual will develop into this role as their automation and robotics knowledge and experience extend. It would suit an electrical engineer with design and controls experience. The Role A varied project workload of multiple simultaneous projects, as at any one time you could be working on an automotive project, food industry project, and logistics project. Part of the multi-disciplined concept design team. Collaborate closely with key suppliers such as Siemens, Rockwell, Allen Bradley, and ABB Robots. Carry out site surveys. Requirements The role would suit an Electrical Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer, Automation Engineer, Project Engineer, or Controls Engineer. HNC in Electrical Engineering is essential. Electrical Engineers or Technicians from an automated materials handling or robotics company could be suitable. Further training/qualifications in Automation or Robotics. Package 30K - 50K DoE. 25 days holiday and full benefits package.
