H9 Technical are currently looking to recruit a
Proposals Manager
to join a world leading renewables and environmental company, based in Wolverhampton.
The role is available on a hybrid basis (ideally 3 days in office), with a highly competitive salary and benefits package on offer for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities include:
Leading the development of proposals that align with client requirements and company goals Creating strategic plans for proposals Creating content for proposals Ensuring proposals comply with RFP standards Working with various teams to enhance proposals Maintaining schedules Organizing resources Coordinating inputs and reviews Ensuring bid strategy implementation Resolving internal team issues Providing process leadership Experience & Qualifications:
Technical/engineering background preferred Engineering degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical) desirable but not essential Experience of working in the Power Generation sector such as renewables, energy from waste, biomass, CHP, desirable. 5+ years of proposals, bids and tenders experience on high value industrial scale projects. Strong communication skills. What is on offer?
Salary in the region of £65,000-£75,000 per annum Contributory pension Excellent broader benefits package
