Propositions Manager
Salary: £45,000 - £50,000
This is an exciting time to join the Individual Annuities propositions team as we are embarking on large scale change across the business whilst still continuing to support our internal and outsourcer team and deliver small change.
We are looking for a Propositions Manager to support our busy BAU agenda on a 12 month secondment as we continue this period of growth and development.
A bit about the job:
In Individual Annuities, we are responsible for 1.1 million customers and our business plays an important role within Aviva, with a target of £1.2bn PVNBP achieved for 2023. Our mission is simple: we want to give customers peace of mind and financial security so they can worry less and live more in retirement.
As a proposition, you will work with cross-functional teams and a variety of stakeholders across Operations, Distribution, Marketing, Pricing, Trading, and Finance to undertake product reviews and improvements to existing products and propositions.
If you have the general skills and experience to make you a good fit for the role and are keen to learn, we’ll make sure you have the opportunity for structured development within our high performing team.
We don’t expect you to have an in-depth knowledge of Individual Annuities, but we can help with that! Though we are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, outcome-oriented, and looking to develop their career and skill set in propositions.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Experience in delivering change across a cross-functional team, or otherwise in delivering improvements that solve customer problems in an efficient way.
Confident in communicating complex problems in a simple way, across a range of audiences.
Able to constructively challenge where needed, working with a varied range of people to deliver.
Strong desire to take responsibility for tasks and see them through to completion, balancing priorities over both the short term and long term.
Previous experience delivering propositions within the Customer Propositions Framework would be desirable, but if not, don’t worry, we can teach you this.
