The role focuses on creating tailored marketing strategies for Private Clients at different life stages, from a younger generation to retirees. The role delivers life stage-specific content and campaigns, collaborates with product teams, and leverages data analytics to drive engagement and retention. Outcomes of the Role
Develop and implement tailored marketing strategies that address the unique needs of clients at various life stages. Create and deliver life stage-specific content that resonates with each target audience, enhancing engagement and driving lead generation. Build effective cross-channel campaigns that speak to the financial concerns and opportunities relevant to each life stage. Collaborate with product teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with product offerings designed for different life stages. Develop a lifecycle marketing approach that improves client retention and loyalty through targeted communications and offers. Leverage data analytics to understand client behaviour across life stages and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. Increase awareness and consideration of financial products and services among clients at different life stages through educational and persuasive content. Ensure campaigns deliver measurable results that contribute to the company’s overall growth goals and client retention efforts. Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Deep understanding of lifecycle marketing and how client needs evolve across different life stages. Strong experience in developing segmented marketing strategies, ideally in financial services or Wealth Management. Proficiency in creating engaging, educational content for various client segments, from young professionals to retirees. Experience with cross-channel marketing, including email, social media, and digital advertising. Ability to work collaboratively with product teams and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives. Strong data analysis skills to track campaign performance and optimise strategies based on insights. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to craft messages that resonate with clients at different life stages. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools to execute and monitor lifecycle marketing initiatives. Creative thinking to develop innovative campaigns that connect with clients on a personal level. Knowledge of financial products and services relevant to different life stages and their associated regulatory requirements. Marketing qualifications such as CIM or IDM.
