Reporting to the Registered Manager, your role would be to assist in the day-to-day management of the project within agreed budgets, quality, and Christian values. Duties will include managing referrals and achieving agreed occupancy levels, working with external agencies in monitoring risk and training factors, report writing for the courts, managing rotas, reviewing client files to ensure required outcomes are being met, leading staff handover meetings, occasionally providing personal care to clients, and assisting with staff interviews and training. Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience required:
We are looking for a practicing Christian who can provide a religious reference. You need a qualification in Health and Social Care and experience of working with people who at times can display verbally challenging behaviour.
