Are you a Protection Advisor looking to develop your knowledge of specialist and complex insurance? Perhaps you’re currently working in a non-advised capacity with experience, looking to take the next step and start fully advising? We are looking for a Protection Advisor who wants to spread their wings and grow, not just their income, but also their knowledge, relating to specialist areas ranging from handling complex health conditions to optimising cover across a portfolio, for a limited company. What to expect: Competitive Salary - £70k+ OTE with uncapped commission Top performing protection advisors at the business can expect to earn in excess of this. Advise on life assurance, income protection and critical illness cover, using an extensive insurer panel to tackle every eventuality. Access specialist leads, including those sourced from our mortgage advisors and 1,200 Connells branches. In this role, you will: Attain CAS status through our training and competency scheme. Work and advise within our Protection Advice Standards framework. Stay informed on industry developments, with structured support. Collaborate with other professionals (mortgage advisors, solicitors, tax advisors, estate agents). Participate in team building and company-organized social events. Depending on experience, you may start in a customer relations role as part of your training.
