Protection Advisor
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday : between the hours of 9 AM - 7 PM
Friday : 9 AM - 3 PM (40 hours total)
Primary Role
To provide professional protection advice solutions in accordance with FCA regulations, ensuring the delivery of the most suitable protection advice for the company’s clients.
Deliver a first-class customer journey by maximising customer satisfaction and achieving "right customer outcomes."
General Responsibilities
Conduct effective fact-finding to fully understand the client’s current situation and financial needs, paying close attention to detail to capture all relevant information.
Offer high-quality, professional independent protection advice and explain various types of protection available.
Organise your calendar effectively, coordinating with both customers and providers.
Manage personal workflows to ensure all daily duties are completed efficiently.
Ensure all regulatory documentation is completed within required timescales.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the financial services industry.
Stay informed about new protection products and changes in provider criteria.
Consistently meet performance targets.
Embrace and promote the company’s core values.
Proactively identify and resolve issues related to customers.
Fully understand and implement Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles in all aspects of work.
Attend internal and external meetings as required.
Salary Expectations
£30,000 basic up to £55,000 OTE , plus a
