Global Proton Therapy Software Sales Manager , you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding the company's customer base. This role combines deep product expertise with strategic sales acumen to engage prospective and current clients, deliver compelling product demonstrations, and identify innovative solutions to meet customer needs. We are offering you an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team, which is spread globally. In this exciting and diverse role, you will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring seamless pre-sales and post-sales support while fostering strong, lasting client relationships. This is a home-based role and we are open to considering candidates from EU / UK / TIMEA locations. Responsibilities Collaborate with the VP, Regional Sales Managers, and Client Managers to actively drive sales through product demonstrations, presentations, and solution-focused discussions with prospective and current customers. Proactively identify customer needs and tailor product presentations to address specific business challenges, ensuring alignment with customer goals. Implement given actions to achieve the sales goals defined by the commercial lead of each project. Travel alone or with VP/Regional Sales Managers/Client Managers to customer sites and close sales opportunities. Act as a technical expert during trade shows, conferences, and sales events, delivering persuasive product demonstrations and answering detailed inquiries to attract potential leads. Follow departmental policies and procedures of the Sales Department. Develop deep knowledge of company products, services, and competitive positioning, and leverage this expertise to generate new business opportunities. What you bring Bachelor’s Degree in Radiological Sciences or a related field. Preferably

at least 2 years of Medical Physicist / any other Clinical experience. Proven experience in clinical and clinical presentations. Track record of sales, business development, or applications role, preferably within Proton Therapy. Strong track record of successful product demonstrations and a deep understanding of sales-oriented software solutions. Excellence in sales-oriented software demonstration skills. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written). Required to work on location at least 3 days/week. Hiring process We are looking forward to hearing from you!
