Altro are looking for an experienced, hands-on person to join our technical team as a
Prototype Manufacturing Technologist
focussing on colour development for our flooring products. In this role, you’ll help bring our new products to life, ensuring they not only work well but also look great. This is a full-time, permanent position based at our Letchworth Garden City Head Office. You’ll be key to turning new ideas into reality, working on prototypes that are both functional and visually appealing. Once the prototypes are ready, you’ll work with the technical and operations teams to take them through to production. You’ll also be the go-to person for all things related to colour, helping customers and colleagues with any technical questions. Plus, you’ll share your expertise with the marketing and commercial teams, so they can better promote our products. On top of that, you’ll keep everyone updated on your projects, give product training where needed, and show visitors around our labs as part of our ‘Voice of the Customer’ programme.
