The postholder will support the Provider Quality and Improvement team and Commissioners to ensure that all provider services are quality assured, monitored, and reviewed across Children’s and Adults’ Care and Support. This will include maintaining and updating the provider database, producing provider performance dashboards, and ensuring that key information is captured and fed into monitoring from Ofsted and CQC reporting. This work will be fundamental to ensuring that we capture the right intelligence on the provider market and will ensure that providers can be risk assessed and discussed at monthly safeguarding and quality callover meetings. Special requirements for this post

The job requires the successful candidate to travel to providers based within the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham regularly. Occasionally it may be necessary to travel outside of borough.
