An exciting opportunity has arisen for a
Provider Quality Support Officer
to join our team. The Strategic Commissioning and Procurement Team sits within the Finance Directorate but supports, directs, and guides all Directorates across the Council. The successful candidate will be a key part of the team and should be passionate about ensuring high-quality service provision with a real focus on improving outcomes for the residents of Middlesbrough. The successful candidate will work with Providers of services, alongside other key partners and stakeholders; therefore, the ability to build strong, trusted, and effective relationships is essential to this role. Candidates should be creative, solution-focused, and able to demonstrate good IT skills along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Some knowledge or awareness of social care services would be advantageous. Our corporate values are at the heart of everything we do. Therefore, the successful candidate will be expected to be familiar with our values and how they would be reflected in their work. The post is eligible for blended working with the main office location - Fountain Court, our newly renovated modern office space.
