As a Provisioning and Procurement Administrator, you will play a vital role in our operations, responsible for the smooth provisioning of communications orders for our valued clients. From internet lines to hosted phone systems and mobiles, you will liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure orders are accurately placed, updated, and delivered on time. Additionally, you will provide essential support to our Procurement Team, converting sales and procuring necessary equipment for various teams within the organisation. Key Responsibilities: Comms Provisioning:

Place orders with networks and suppliers, ensuring accurate data entry and compliance checking. Customer Communication:

Keep clients informed about order progress and handle any queries promptly and professionally. Procurement:

Purchase required items for customer orders, including hardware and software, and manage shipping and receiving. Stock Management:

Maintain accurate stock records and ensure timely invoicing. Systems Administration:

Record and maintain accurate information in our system, including configurations and serial numbers. Data Accuracy:

Ensure all sales information complies with regulations before proceeding with orders. Product Governance:

Assist in keeping our product offerings up to date and relevant. Reporting:

Support with WIP reporting and regular review of figures and dates. Qualifications, Knowledge, and Experience: Strong attention to detail and administration skills. Excellent coordination abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of business processes across departments. Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service, both internally and externally. Proficient problem-solving skills and clear communication abilities. Process-driven mindset with a knack for identifying improvements. Previous experience in an MSP/Communications industry role is desirable.
