QTS or PGCE in English is ESSENTIAL JOB DESCRIPTION:
Principal Education are seeking reliable, committed, and engaging teachers to meet the high volume of daily teaching needs arising in our secondary schools. This work can be undertaken flexibly, working as often or as infrequently as you wish, aligning with your availability. To be eligible for this role, you MUST: Demonstrate the right to work in the United Kingdom. Possess QTS, QTLS, or another recognised teaching qualification, entitling you to teach in the United Kingdom. Possess strong behavioural and classroom management skills. Be flexible and adaptable, willing and able to think on your feet. Demonstrate patience, empathy, composure, and diligence to help with building and maintaining an optimal and safe learning environment for vulnerable pupils. Possess a recent, enhanced copy of a DBS or be willing to obtain one from Principal Education. Possess an overseas police clearance from any country that you have resided in for six months or more within the last five years, outside of the United Kingdom. Be based in Essex, or within a commutable distance. As this is a permanent role, a successful candidate is likely to be paid to scale.
