PSM Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and experienced Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join the Conveyancing Department of a local, well-established law firm. The successful individual will need to manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion, and be able to work within any of the Offices based in Dover, Deal and Sandwich. The Role: Manage residential conveyancing cases independently, from instruction to post-completion. Communicate effectively with clients and third parties via phone, email, and letters in a professional and timely manner. Provide expert legal advice to clients. Collaborate with Conveyancers and Secretaries to ensure smooth transaction progress. Contribute to business development by fostering relationships with third parties and attending networking events. Review title registers, client instructions, and related documentation for accuracy and compliance. Draft and amend relevant legal documents, ensuring adherence to AML regulations. Submit applications to the Land Registry and address requisitions promptly. Essential Experience: Solid expertise in UK residential property law and conveyancing processes. Proven track record of managing a wide variety of residential conveyancing cases. Skills: Strong organisational skills to effectively manage caseloads. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver exceptional client service. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required. Salary - dependent upon experience. Full/Part time hours available. Hybrid working options considered after qualifying period.
