The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting, advising, and managing the team on a daily basis to maintain and repair a fleet of 82 buses. Additionally, they will have the opportunity to manage the company's buildings and plant equipment. Role:
PSV Engineering Manager Hours:
Day shift; flexible hours Key Responsibilities: Develop your engineering team to enhance their skills, passing on your technical knowledge to both experienced technicians and eager-to-learn apprentices alike. Lead a team of 38 professionals skilled with a spanner, a mop, and a paintbrush. Ensure that all vehicles are presented to high standards. Have autonomy over resource management, stock, and personnel. Manage ordering, inventory, recruiting, training, and health & safety. Requirements: Experience in people management.
