to lead our team at Baldock Manor. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-quality psychiatric services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with external partners to achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of leadership, experience working in PICU and acute settings, and excellent communication skills. You will be expected to work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and individualized care for every patient.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive treatment services • Provide expert advice on psychiatric care and oversee the performance of Consultant Psychiatrists • Collaborate with clinical colleagues and managers to ensure high-quality care and compliance with regulatory standards • Participate in quality enhancement and service evaluation projects, and contribute to research relevant to short- or long-term service improvement
Salary and Benefits:
