This rewarding locum position offers a competitive hourly rate of £26.28 for days, £33.00 for nights and Saturdays, and £42.00 for Sundays. As a crucial member of the team, you will work full time with 3 to 4 shifts of 12 hours each per week, including nights and weekends, in our 24/7 service. Provide specialist advice and support for managing mental health conditions, including assessments, care planning, and crisis intervention. Facilitate smooth transitions for patients from hospital settings to appropriate community or mental health services. Deliver training and support to hospital staff, ensuring they are well-equipped to manage patients with mental health needs.
