Registered Mental Health Nurse

to work in an exceptional mental health service based in the Blackburn, Lancashire area. You will be working for one of the UK's leading health care providers.

This special mental health service caters to the treatment needs of male patients with a mental illness and/or personality disorder, maximising their opportunity for recovery, rehabilitation, and independent living.

To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a

Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)

with a current active NMC Pin.

Key Duties:

Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder. Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement. Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others and promoting ethical practice. Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress. Leading shifts as well as mentoring and supporting student nurses and other members of the team.

The drive to continually push your own personal learning and development. A can-do attitude. Driven and dynamic nurse. Able to take on challenges.

The successful Nurse will receive an excellent salary of

GBP32,760 - GBP42,073.20
