JOB OVERVIEW We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner who has completed the IAPT Low Intensity National Programme, with PWP (BPS or BPBCP) accreditation, and excellent interpersonal skills. As the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, low-intensity cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) interventions to clients with mild to moderate anxiety and depression, aligning with Step 2 IAPT guidelines. DUTIES Conduct person-centred assessments, manage referrals, and support individuals in their self-management and recovery journeys. Deliver guided self-help in both 1:1 and group settings, drawing from CBT principles. Collaborate in multi-disciplinary teams, attending meetings, and contributing to step-up and step-down arrangements. Ensure accurate data entry and maintain high standards in clinical record-keeping and confidentiality. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders, upholding company values. CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS Qualifications:

Completed the IAPT Low Intensity National Programme and hold a PWP accreditation (BPS or BABCP). Experience:

Demonstrated experience providing low-intensity, evidence-based interventions in a stepped-care environment. Skills:

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and databases. Experience in a prison setting or with offender populations is beneficial, though not essential. Must hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work-related travel.
