The Vines is a specialist neurological rehabilitation unit specifically tailored to individuals with an acquired brain injury or those who have experienced a progressive neurological condition. With two flats and twelve bedrooms, the unit has the capacity to support 14 individuals suited to a mid to long term placement. The Vines offers 24/7 support with a patient-centred focus at all hours, ensuring each individual receives support tailored to their needs. On each rehabilitative journey, staff are well equipped to take progress at the pace and preference of each service user. We are looking to recruit a clinical psychologist with experience in working within a clinical setting. Experience in a clinical neuropsychological setting is preferable due to the unique and complex nature of neuro-rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities

To identify and deliver appropriate treatments and interventions, coordinated according to the needs of each service user's support plan. To accurately record and justify the use of treatments and interventions, compiling reports of service user engagement. To guide staff practice in promoting the rehabilitation of residents. This includes evaluating staff engagement and approach to supporting the service users. To communicate and work with (where appropriate) multidisciplinary teams involved in the support and care for each service user. To accurately disseminate progress to the wider team, providing evidence of progression or forecasted progression on the basis of previous findings. To provide leadership and guidance to additional members of the psychology team. This includes providing supervision and educational opportunities to the psychology assistant, growing their knowledge and understanding. Qualifications

Doctorate in clinical psychology, preferably neuropsychology. QiCN/Practitioner Full Membership of the DoN. Experience of working in the neuro-disability field.
