This position is located in: Eltham To be successful, you will be a fully registeredpsychologist with experience, you will have a passion for providing qualitypsychological therapy and assessment to individuals in a private practicesetting. Previous experience with children and adolescents is preferred butnot essential. You will be dedicated to creating a warm and welcomingenvironment for every individual who connects with our services. With a clientcentered and compassionate approach, you will deliver evidence-based therapyand assessments using age-appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored toindividual needs. Why Work With Us? Some telehealth days can be arranged howeverour main client base is face to face Work alongside other experienced Psychologist onsite Participatein peer supervision and professional development sessions on site. Option to work as either a salaried employee or asa licensee Opportunity to specialize in your chosen area orbe a generalist Additional week of leave after 3 years of serviceand Birthday leave after 6 months (salaried employees) Employee Assistance Program available You will have: A track record of utilising evidence-basedintervention strategies and techniques to overcome barriers that preventclients from achieving their goals; Competence to work independently with excellenttime management, administrative and report writing skills Ability to liaise effectively with other healthprofessionals and service providers Ability to work with NDIS participants and clientsunder Medicare funding Experience/Qualifications Full registration with the Australian Health PractitionerRegulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Psychologist. Medicare provider number (or eligibility to apply). This position requires the successfulapplicant to undertake a National Police Check, NDIS Workers Check and relevantstate-based screens.
