Clinical, Counseling or School Psychologist At Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga (TToH), we are looking for a passionate and culturally skilled Clinical Psychologist to provide high-quality psychological services to Māori Tangata Whaiora and their Whānau. About Us Te Taiwhenua o Heretaunga is a whānau-focused, Iwi mandated, kaupapa Māori health and social services organisation. We have been supporting our whānau me hapori to achieve their aspirations and general wellbeing for more than 39 years. Underpinning our success as an organisation are our values Kotahitanga, Whakamana, Kaitiakitanga and Whanaungataunga, which are woven through everything we do. Our Oranga Hinengaro team is a cornerstone of this service, providing mental health support grounded in kaupapa Māori values. We approach our work with aroha and compassion, walking alongside tangata whaiora and their whānau on their journey to wellness. We are seeking a clinical psychologist committed to making a real difference in the lives of those we serve. What You'll Do Provide individualised, culturally appropriate psychological treatment to help whaiora achieve optimal well-being. Assess, diagnose, and manage the mental health needs of whaiora, ensuring a comprehensive and culturally sensitive approach to care. Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver integrated support to whānau. Maintain accurate and timely client records and ensure all reporting requirements are met. What We’re Looking For To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of one years' clinical experience Experience in assessing and treating a wide range of mental health difficulties.
