We are on the lookout for a dedicated Psychologist to join our innovative team and help drive our mission of fostering organizational success through scientifically grounded psychological practices. Key Responsibilities :

Conduct psychological assessments to aid in talent acquisition and employee development. Design and implement corporate mental health and wellness programs. Collaborate with HR and business teams to integrate psychological insights into recruitment and retention strategies. Provide executive coaching grounded in psychological principles. Develop and enhance proprietary psychological assessment tools tailored to organizational needs. Offer consultancy on organizational development and employee well-being. Stay abreast of the latest research in organizational psychology and apply findings to improve practices. Qualifications :

Education : Master's or Doctorate degree in Psychology (preferably Occupational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or Counselling Psychology). Chartered status with the British Psychological Society (BPS) or eligibility for chartership is highly desirable. Additional certifications in executive coaching or business psychology are advantageous. Experience : 1-3 years of experience in a corporate, consultancy, or clinical setting, with a focus on psychological assessments and interventions. Experience in executive coaching or organizational development is a plus. Skills : Strong analytical and assessment skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment. Proficiency in designing and delivering training programs. Salary Range :

£30,000 to £50,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications). Why Join Us :
