Psychology Graduate - Learning Mentor

The school is looking for a Psychology Graduate to work as a Learning Mentor to support children with SEND needs. This role will act as a springboard and training ground for graduates who want to learn how to teach and build transformational relationships with pupils. The school is also able to offer a very clear pathway of progression into the teaching profession.

Responsibilities:

Tutoring and mentoring groups of pupils and individuals to ensure everyone is at the correct attainment level in all subjects.

Actively engaging in every professional developmental opportunity on the road to a successful career in teaching.

Minimum Requirements:

Psychology Degree

Passion for helping young people excel

Experience working with secondary school-aged students (preferable)
