Competitive (£75-£95 per day, depending on experience) What You’ll Do: Work as a Teaching Assistant or Behaviour Mentor, supporting students with additional needs, such as autism, ADHD, or SEMH (Social, Emotional and Mental Health) difficulties. Assist with lesson delivery, providing tailored support to students both on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Build positive relationships with pupils to support their emotional wellbeing and learning development. Gain valuable classroom experience and work alongside experienced teaching staff. Ideal Candidate: A recent Psychology graduate (or a graduate in a related field) with an interest in education, child development, or mental health. Passionate about making a positive impact on young people’s lives. Flexible, resilient, and eager to learn. Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential – full training is provided.
