About the Role: PK Education is seeking a dedicated and passionate Psychology Graduate to join a SEND school located in the vibrant heart of Coventry. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a bustling, diverse environment and make a meaningful impact on young learners’ lives in a classroom setting. Key Responsibilities: Provide support to pupils across various subjects and activities. Assist with lesson planning and classroom management. Support with 1-1 and small group activities to target development for lower ability pupils. Work closely with pupils who have English as an Additional Language (EAL), Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, and language challenges. Foster a positive and engaging learning environment that inspires pupils. Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure each child’s unique needs are met. Qualifications and Skills: A degree in Education or a related field. A positive, optimistic attitude and a passion for inspiring a love for learning. Proactive and hands-on approach in dealing with daily challenges. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. A desire to make a difference in the educational journey of young students.
