Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm This SEN school is looking for Learning Support Assistants to provide first-class support to children with complex social, emotional and mental health needs, ADHD, communication difficulties, Down syndrome, and some speech, language and communication needs. Your role as a Psychology Graduate may include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities: Supporting children's behaviour for learning in the classroom. Helping children with their understanding of the teacher's instructions. Working with individual learners in the classroom 1:1, or working with individuals or small groups in the Learning Support department. Keeping track and recording pupil progress. About you: A recent Psychology or Criminology Graduate with 2:2 or above. Experience working with children - for example youth work, support work, mental health work or SEN in sport.
