Job Title: Psychotherapist Hours: 37.5 hours per week & term time only Salary: £34,308 pro rata Location: Our Croydon portfolio of schools, this role will require minimum 4 days on site, with 1 day working from home depending on the needs of our children Bright Futures, Inspired By You. We are looking for a therapist to join our expanding Therapeutic Team to work with our Schools in Croydon. What you'll get to do Manage your own caseload of schools to provide high levels of support and consultation for operational colleagues Provide therapeutic advice and guidance to teams to enable them to support young people throughout their journey with Horizon Be responsible for assessments, goal setting and recommendations for therapeutic support for your own caseload Develop, write and regularly review/update therapeutic goals for children and young people in education Develop and contribute to the delivery of therapeutic and psychological training to all staff in the organisation as part of the Therapeutic Academy Benefit from regular supervision and CPD activities Participate in service development activities across the Horizon Group What we're looking for from you HCPC registered BACP, BABCP, UKCP accredited BSc/MSc registered Art/Music/Play Therapist or Psychotherapist; Nearly qualified accepted Experience of working with Children and Young People or relevant demonstrable transferable skills A desire to support services through embedding therapeutic practice Experience of teaching, training and/or supervision Well-developed skills in effective communication, both orally and in writing Ability to work autonomously with support from individual and peer supervision Ability to role model behaviours and attitudes in line with organisational values A sound understanding of Microsoft Office components, including knowledge of Excel, Teams and SharePoint Full UK driving licence and use of your own vehicle Here are just some of the benefits of working for us: Real Living Wage employer Competitive pay rates Christmas bonus Blue Light Card MyGym and MyActive discounts Colleague referral scheme with cash rewards - earn up to £2500 per referral!
