Your new company An established SME in the heart of High Wycombe, with fantastic retention and reporting to the owner / MD. This role is to replace a pending retiree who can provide a handover.

Your new role

Management Accounts for the UK side of the business. Production of Management Accounts, Journals, Reconciliations, Fixed Assets Reg and depreciation, some intercompany accounts. The ideal candidate will possess strong clerical skills, a proficiency in data entry, and a solid understanding of office management practices. Manage accounts tasks including data entry, accruals and prepayments, stock reconciliations, management account journals, to ensure smooth operations. Maintain accurate records and files, both physical and digital, ensuring all information is up-to-date. Preparation of financial documents using Sage. Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and workflow.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience in an office environment with a focus on accounts tasks. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in computerised systems, particularly in data entry and record keeping. Familiarity with Sage is preferable. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are required to interact effectively with team members and clients. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen attention to detail are essential for success in this role. What you'll get in return
